I couldn’t find anywhere here on the Commons or the main site the lines Ghost has at certain points if you ignore his instructions, so I wanted to make sure we have them on hand. There may be more instances (honestly, I’m almost certain there is), but these are the four I’ve personally found. All of these are in their normal mode counterparts, so no need to jump into heroic playlists to find them.

As soon as you’re given control of your Guardian, ignore Ghost’s instructions to get inside the wall. He has two lines that always play in the same order.
“I didn’t bring you back just for you to die again. We have to move.”
“You can hear me, right? We are going to die out here. I need you to trust me on this. We’ll be safer inside.”

When Ghost tells you to run, stay in the chamber. He’ll proceed to let you know how distressed he is. The lines are chosen at random and will continuously play until you leave. I spent fifteen minutes straight in this room at one point so I think I got them all. (Sorry for the video getting quieter about two-thirds of the way through, lost some newer footage and took the missing lines from an older video instead)
“We’d better get to the surface.”
“I can keep reviving you but maybe we should start running!”
“Can we please leave now?”
“How long do you want to keep doing this?”
“We need to get this crystal out of here.”
“Shouldn’t we be going?”
“If we don’t go now we’ll never get the crystal out of here.”
“Eris survived. Her Ghost didn’t. Can we get out of here?”

When it’s time to throw the grenade down Rasputin’s access port, wait awhile. Eventually, Ghost will give a hint. There may be more of these, as I’ve only had a group stall here once.
“I’m detecting an access port by the far wall. I bet a grenade down there would do the job.”

Once Ghost instructs you to jump from the gondola, hang around. Eventually he’ll start encouraging you to jump, as though our Guardian, who has leaped into the Vault of Glass and plunged into the Hellmouth, is scared of heights. He picks one line at random, and thus far I’ve found three extra lines here.
“I’m sure that snow is softer than it looks. Let’s go.”
“Come on, you can do this! Just jump!”
“You’re not scared of heights, are you?”
