Just something to point out about Prince uldron in the trailer: he looks really distressed about killing cayed-6 like he does not want to do it. This could mean that in forsaken we will get more of a background into cayed-6s and Prince uldrons backgrounds together.

Perhaps the Queen is still alive, Prince Uldren is being blackmailed by her captors, and Cayde got in his way.
