I got a message from @Onsyzygy asking about our transcript for The Wakening, and I think he made some interesting points.

In this Transcript we have two lines of text spoken by “Unknown”. He suggested that the speaker is in fact Crota, and that the lines that he speaks are “I cannot die” and “closer”.

What do people think about this?

I think it comes back to the 95% sure ‘certainty’. I listened without reading the words, and didn’t hear it (especially on the first) on the second playback, the words definitely fitted, as does the speaker being Crota. But I wouldn’t say I was 95% sure.
