** The Guardian heads towards the Tree of Silver Wings.

++ The Cradle, Echo Mesa, Io

** The Guardian enters the area with the Tree of Silver Wings and finds two Envoys of Savathûn summoning Savathûn’s Witness, a huge Shrieker. Savathûn’s Witness teleports away. The Guardian defeats the Envoys of Savathûn and the other Taken which appear.

** The Guardian heads towards the area where Savathûn’s Witness has teleported to. Another Envoy of Savathûn appears. The Guardian defeats the Envoy of Savathûn and fights against Savathûn’s Witness. Savathûn’s Witness teleports away again and the Guardian is teleported to the Ascendant Plane.

++ Court of Savathûn, Ascendant Plane, Io

Nokris: You are a child reaching toward a flame. The Taken Queen would not have you burnt. Pledge your allegiance and be reborn.

Eris Morn: Nokris? Oryx’s foundling and exiled brother to Crota. He is now bound to Savathûn as a catalyst for her interference. Silence it.

** The Guardian approaches an Ascendant Portal resembling the Court of Oryx. Nokris, Supplicant to Savathûn appears.

Nokris: You are but one in a chain of failures claimed and sunken.

** Nokris releases a soulfire crystal and shields himself. Two Envoys of Savathûn appear. The Guardian defeats the Envoys of Savathûn, destroys the crystal, and breaks Nokris’ shield.

Nokris: The tree brings ruin. Fell its might or be buried in the shadow of its leaves.

** Nokris releases another soulfire crystal, shields himself, and aggresses towards the Guardian. Two Envoys of Savathûn appear. The Guardian defeats the Envoys of Savathûn, destroys the crystal, and breaks Nokris’ shield.

Nokris: Light and Dark are locked blades. A logic simple and narrow. A bridge with only one path.

** Nokris releases two more soulfire crystal and shields himself. Two Envoys of Savathûn appear. The Guardian defeats the Envoys of Savathûn, destroys the crystals, and breaks Nokris’ shield.

Nokris: Savathûn shields from dire truths. Submit and be free.

** The Guardian defeats Nokris, Supplicant to Savathûn.

Eris Morn: Nokris is an abomination, his name stricken from the World’s Grave. You’re doing well to purge his stain from this failing court.

Ghost: Why would Savathûn work with him?

Eris Morn: With? Nokris is an exploited outcast, Little Light. A Necromancer. Though I’m not sure the “Taken Queen” saw value in his craft: death rituals to buck the Worm’s game. I dare not wonder how she meant to wield that knowledge.

Ghost: We shouldn’t dwell on it, you know. He’s not coming back from that.

Eris Morn: Good riddance. Savathûn’s haze has diminished considerably, though not completely.

Ghost: She’s still out there. Hiding.

Eris Morn: Then I hope she saw what became of her brood. Hold still. I will fetch you.

** The Guardian is teleported to the Pyramid hovering over the Cradle and witnesses a display of a Pyramid surrounded by four factions: the Guardians, the Cabal, the Fallen, and the Hive. The Darkness speaks to the Guardian through Ghost.

Ghost: Don’t you see? This is as we once said. In Light, there is only weakness. Only failure. Only death. But where the Light takes, the Dark gives. No longer will you be a pawn. No longer will you watch the lives of those you care for be lost. Remember, in Darkness, there is only strength. Only victory. Only life. Ancient power awaits you on Europa.

** An Ascendant Portal appears and the Guardian returns to the Tree of Silver Wings. The Guardian approaches Eris Morn and the Seed of Silver Wings.

Eris Morn: This transmission can be translated as “contact.” Not physical. More ethereal. Influential. It is conjugated here as an action with a singular subject but innumerable objects. Guardian… what if we are not the only ones to whom the Darkness speaks?

Created Quest: Interference, Means to an End (Final Week) based on this post.

@DrJazzyBebop I looked around after Maelstronnar pointed out that there’s apparently alt dialogue during the Final Week and here’s all that we found. These are my sources but I haven’t found any other alternatives from other videos yet. I’ll keep an eye out, but we’ll need this added to the transcript.

Nokris: Be Taken and see endless possibility awaken.

Nokris: Crota, Oryx, Xol. Gods with gods. End your faith and walk unhindered.

Nokris: Light and Dark are locked blades. A logic simple and narrow. A bridge with only one path.

Nokris: Our shackles are strong. We must be strong to break them.

Nokris: Life and death are liar’s tools. Weave your own lie.

@Eruke thanks for getting clips of those dialogue variations! There’s a few points during the battle where Nokris speaks, do you know at which points these variations should be added in the transcript?

It’s weird, Nokris’s variations do not have an order once you approach the Ascendant Portal. You can hear all of them at any point during the fight after he exits the portal or after breaking his shield.

I know this’ll make phrasing this transcript… annoying.

@Eruke thanks for the info. I’ll add the optional dialogue in the first part of the battle, and include a note that these variations can be heard at any point during the battle. Probably best way to get around those variations not having any particular order.
