Without paracasualty there is no Light (or Darkness…). It’s like trying to describe a black hole without gravity.
- EDIT I suppose if a Guardian was to cast a Golden Gun and just hand it to a normal human, we could see the results you think of.

Yes that does seem to be something that would work HOWEVER, do you happen to have a guardian nearby that is willing to hand a stranger a golden gun that will probably kill the regular human?
Well, seeing as how this is meant to be a hypothetical world with the powers of Destiny, no. This isn’t really possible in practice, especially seeing as how in all the ways we interact with the game, we are a Guardian, and therefore, paracasual.

Yes, it’s a hypothetical situation that is meant to say “let’s see what would happen if real world physics applied to Supers in Destiny.
Yeah I see what your saying but if you look at when Cayde uses the Golden gun it’s actually the Ace of Spades with Solar light infused into and around it is also the same with Blade Dancer where the blade/ gun already exists but is infused with the power of our light. Also the shadow bow being the only subclass weapon that actually doesn’t have a fully materialized form so your theory may be half right when because a Sentinel shield appears to be simply a shield purely made out of light whereas the Arc Staff or Dawn Blade seem to be actual manifestations of actual blades and staffs. So it could be that both theories are correct depending on a Risen’s understanding and strength in the Light.

So imagine Code of the Missile (Thundercrash), in order to have the force to literally fly like that, you’d basically be breaking huge parts of the ground each time you jumped up to start the super.
For Warlocks, using Chaos Reach and expelling that amount of energy, you’d literally be flying backwards, not moving a few feet like you do in-game.
not to mention destroying the bones and muscles in your legs to even pull off such a jump
